After it gets smooth, add the milk slowly and continue blending.

Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the mixture and bake the pie for ten minutes. Reduce the heat of the oven to 300 degrees and bake for another hour to an hour and 15 minutes. The pie may look a little mushy when it’s fresh out of the oven but it will firm once it cools off.
